格莱珉银行的信条

　　1983年，穆罕默德·尤努斯创立了格莱珉银行，专注于向最穷苦的孟加拉人提供小额贷款，帮助穷人实现个体创业。这个想法诞生于1976年，那天，他自己拿出27美元借给村子里42个制作竹凳子的农妇。只需要这一点点钱，她们就能够购买原材料，从而做起生意。尤努斯的小额贷款帮助她们永远摆脱了贫困。

　　2006年，穆罕默德·尤努斯获得诺贝尔和平奖。

        

        尤努斯先生最吸引我的有两点：

        他发明的5人“连坐”机制。每5人组成一个贷款小组,每6个小组建立一个中心。采用2—2—1顺序放贷，小组长最后得到贷款，体现“先人后己、为人服务”精神，贷款者参与中心活动，定期开会。最有意义的是，这是一种社会构思，人们以彼此的社会和经济责任感参与其中。

         另一个就是The 16 decisions of Grameen Bank（格莱珉银行的十六条决议）

　　1、We shall follow and advance the four principles of Grameen Bank — Discipline, Unity, Courage and Hard work – in all walks of our lives. 在我们生活的所有方面，我们都将遵守并促进格莱珉的四项原则——纪律，团结，勇气与苦干。

　　2、Prosperity we shall bring to our families. 我们要使我们的家庭繁荣。

　　3、We shall not live in dilapidated houses. We shall repair our houses and work towards constructing new houses at the earliest. 我们不要住在破房子里。我们要修缮我们的房屋，并努力工作争取尽早建造新房子。

　　4、We shall grow vegetables all the year round. We shall eat plenty of them and sell the surplus. 我们要一年四季种菜。我们要多吃青菜，把剩余的卖掉。

　　5、During the plantation seasons, we shall plant as many seedlings as possible. 我们要在种植季节尽可能地多多种植秧苗。

　　6、We shall plan to keep our families small. We shall minimize our expenditures. We shall look after our health. 我们要做好家庭计划，保持小家庭。我们要尽量节省开支。我们要照料自己的健康。

　　7、We shall educate our children and ensure that they can earn to pay for their education. 我们要教育我们的孩子，一定要教会他们挣钱谋生，要为他们付学费。

　　8、We shall always keep our children and the environment clean. 我们要保持我们的孩子干净，环境清洁。

　　9、We shall build and use pit-latrines. 我们要修造并使用厕所。

　　10、We shall drink water from tubewells. If it is not available, we shall boil water or use alum. 我们要饮用从管井中打出的水，如果没有管井的水，我们要把水烧开，或是使用明矾把水纯净。

　　11、We shall not take any dowry at our sons’ weddings, neither shall we give any dowry at our daughters wedding. We shall keep our centre free from the curse of dowry. We shall not practice child marriage. 在儿子的婚礼上，我们不会接受任何嫁妆；在女儿的婚礼上，我们也不会送嫁妆。我们要使中心远离嫁妆的诅咒。我们不会实行童婚。

　　12、We shall not inflict any injustice on anyone, neither shall we allow anyone to do so. 我们不会做任何不公正的事，我们一定会反对任何试图做不公正之事的人。

　　13、We shall collectively undertake bigger investments for higher incomes. 我们会集体承担较大的投资，来争取更高的收入。

　　14、We shall always be ready to help each other. If anyone is in difficulty, we shall all help him or her. 我们随时准备互相帮助。如果任何人有困难，我们大家都会帮助他或她。

　　15、If we come to know of any breach of discipline in any centre, we shall all go there and help restore discipline. 如果我们得知在任何中心出现违犯纪律的情况，我们大家都会到那儿去帮助恢复纪律。

　　16、We shall take part in all social activities collectively. 我们要在我们所有的中心引入体育锻炼活动。我们要集体参加所有社会活动。
